Trudy Sayer is a former LOR member, but her mother and stepfather
still live at the church's Strong City property. Sayer is making
heartfelt (and often tearful) pleas to speak with her mother
and stepfather as she fears they may soon die. |

Higgs interview: (July 25, 2008) It only took a day
to learn the identity of a dead man whose body was found in a
barrel that had been floating in the Lee River in Manitoba, Canada.
Constable David Higgs of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police is

Barrel Body 1 / George
Knight interview:
(July 24, 2008) The barrel had been seen in the river
for weeks, banging between docks as it floated here and there.
One day, two neighbors decided it was time to pull that barrel
out of the river. George Knight, 69, was one of those men; and
the first to see what was inside. A site that will, no doubt,
stay with Knight for the rest of his life. Unedited interview.
